This is an intimate space held alongside the Activation Sequence course materials on genekeys.com, offering personal, one-to-one support as you discover your 4 Prime Gifts.

It is designed to help you work with what is actually present in your life, rather than treating the Activation Sequence as more information or something to complete.

  • Guiding you inwards to find your own answers, rather than being told what to do

  • Support for working with your shadow patterns as they show up in real life, and discovering the gifts within them

I'm a Gene Keys Guide for business owners who want to live in greater alignment both in their life and business.

After encountering Gene Keys in 2021, my life has changed beyond my imagination.

I went from not knowing what my gifts are, what I’ve to offer to the world… To the woman who loves who she is, embracing the light and infinite potential within her.

Since then, I feel the call to bring Gene Keys to more people, to help them see all that light within them, and bring that out into their life and business.

    The Activation Sequence course materials on genekeys.com and this companion space facilitated by me, are suitable even if you’re new to the Gene Keys. What matters most is coming with an open and curious mind, and a willingness to learn more about yourself through the Gene Keys.

    This companion space is here to support your understanding and integration as you move through the material, wherever you’re starting from.

  • There’s no expectation to keep up or move through the material in any particular way. Even though this is a 4-month space, whatever pace you move at is perfect for you.

    Some people may move slowly and receive the breakthrough they need just by contemplating on one Gene Key. Others may explore more. You’ll receive what you need from the material in the way that’s right for you.

    If you’re open to it, we can also explore together what might be most supportive for you to focus on while you’re in this space. There’s no pressure to do more than what feels right for you.

    You’ll also have ongoing access to the course materials beyond the 4 months, so you can continue at your timing.

  • Support is offered through one-to-one text (and occasional voice) messages.

    Based on what’s present in your life, I’ll guide you inward through the Gene Keys approach of Contemplation, Inquiry, Gentleness, and Patience. When working with shadow patterns, I’ll gently remind you of the gifts within them, sometimes with a light touch of humour, so the process doesn’t feel heavy or overly serious.

    You can also expect me to share from my own lived experience where appropriate, to help deepen your understanding of the language and concepts encountered in the Gene Keys.

  • For Q1 2026, I’m opening up 3 spaces.

    I am keeping it intentionally small, so that each person receives depth and presence throughout the 4-month journey.
